Spring League Registration is Open! 7s on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Exhibition, Eastview and St James. The League runs for 10 weeks until late July.

Learn ultimate and hone your skills! We're running a Juniors league this summer that runs before our Wednesday league, 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
Practices will be organized by age groups, that is dependent on the number of players.

What do you get? A free juniors disc and pizza dinners after EVERY practice! You also get coaching for your ultimate skills, and the potential for a tournament against other junior leagues in the area (KW and London).
The best part? It's only $90 for the whole summer!
Sign up before June 12th! The league runs June 12 to August 21.
Registration is up on Zuluru, you can visit gupa.ca/juniors for more details. Parents can sign up for their children in Zuluru.
