The average age of Ultimate players is rising. Thankfully they are also having little disc loving babies to replenish our ranks.  GUPA is not certain how many disc loving babies there are so please don’t hesitate to contact us. j@guelphultimate.ca letting us know of your interest.

A basic framework could be:

Time: 6:30 to 8:30 PM
Day O the Week: Monday or Thursday nights
League Starts: TBA
League Completes: TBA
Format: 45 min Skills and Drills
2 – 45 min Games
All games are hat league style

Cost: TBA

Ages 14 and Under

The 10 simple rules of the game
The spirit of the game. This is the most important aspect of Ultimate,  which encourages players to self-referee and play with true sportsmanship and respect

This League would be  geared towards youth ages 8 to 14. No experience necessary.
