GUPA runs leagues year-round in Guelph Ontario. Our outdoor season runs from spring until fall. Winter season is played indoors.

Indoor Winter 1 League 2024-2025
Tuesday 7s Hat League
- Teams will be created based on skill level with the goal of making even teams
- Teams will remain throughout the season and will be reset at the beginning each season
- Each team will have a playing captain/coach to help with skills building and strategy
- If you would like to play with another person, you can note it during registration
We are looking for volunteers for playing captains/coaches. If you are interested and/or willing, please reach out to info@GUPA.ca. Please let us know your experience and how many seasons you’d like to volunteer.
Game Time: 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm – 1 hour games
Format: Sub on the fly, 4 open and 3 women-matching players per team
Runs: October 15th 2024 to December 10th 2024
Locations: Marden (Royal Distributing) field house
Registration Closes: October 8th 2024
Wednesday 4s League
Game Time: 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm – 1 hour games
Format: Pull each half, play starts where point is scored, 2 open and 2 women-matching players per team
Runs: October 16th 2024 to January 29th 2025
Locations: Marden (Royal Distributing) field house
Registration Closes: October 14th 2024
