Juniors Ultimate League
Learn Ultimate in an encouraging environment among peers. Learn everything from the basics of how to throw, how to play, all the way to advance techniques in strategy, offensive and defensive play.
We begin every practice with a warm-up, followed by instruction on basic throwing, catching, and field skills for both offense and defense. Later in the season we’ll reinforce these skills through games and drills before wrapping up with scrimmages near the end of season.
2025 Summer League Information
When? May 21st to July 30th every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6:30 pm
Where? Guelph Lake Sports Fields
Who? Anyone ages 9 to 18. Practices will be broken out by age group, and is dependent on number of attendees.
What’s included? A free GUPA disc and pizza dinners from Domino’s Pizza following every practice. If we have enough high school player sign-ups we will also coordinate competitive scrimmages.
Price? $110 a player for the summer
Where to Sign up? Fill out the Google Form below, and make sure to send an e-transfer of $110 to money.transfer@gupa.ca before May 21st. You can register multiple children in the form.
